Honest Scrap Award

According to her, I need to share 10 honest truths about me.

Hmmm...

1. Miscarried twice before Lydia. First time unknown, 2nd time a known pregnancy.

2. Love the smell of my daughters' hands. Even with saliva :)

3. Never had hair above my shoulders for more than 13 years. Been long haired 66% of my life so far.

4. I'm an owner of 10 restaurants in Restaurant City. Don't report me, ok!!

5. I'm a hefty 76kg!!!!! Woah!!!! Should I start dieting?? Hahahah!! Noope.

6. I wear size 7 on my feet. Anyone wants to gift me shoes?

7. I have bad eye hand coordination. No ball games for me.

8. Suffered temporary memory loss at age 15 due to a fall from my bicycle, almost went for brain scan!!

9. Only had chicken pox at the age of 30. Lucky there's medication, if not I'll look horrible.

10. I was a soprano back in Church choir during my teens and can reach Second B. Second A is peanuts. Never broke a glass tho:)

Simple Homemade Sushi

I made these simple sushi rolls last few nights for dinner.

Used powdered sushi mix bought from Jusco, didn't use Calrose rice, but just ordinary Thai fragrant rice. Didn't use any shasimi, but just crabstick (steamed and cooled), cucumber strips, fried egg strips and mayonaise for the filling.

I didn't even use a bamboo mat to roll. Just did everything with my usual baking paper.

Haha, Mike said, I was being too stingy without shashimi or unagi.

Tomato and Egg Soup 番茄蛋汤

Lydia loves this soup.
Simple, easy, done in just 5 minutes!!

2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks.
2 large eggs
1L water
2 Tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste
Good dash of pepper
Handful of Chopped spring onions

Heat wok/pot and put in oil. Put in tomatoes. Stir fry until slightly soft and put in eggs. Scramble and let the eggs cook until fragrant.
Put in water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper. Put chopped spring onions into serving bowls and ladle soup onto the spring onions. Serve hot with rice :)

The scum on the soup is caused by the eggs. Don't worry about its looks :)
